What’s all the chatter with artificial intelligence, ChatGPT, Bina AI, Canva Magic Write and other AI platforms? In this blog post I share “The Power of ChatGPT for Real Estate Agents. In Carrie terms, that’s right, I actually wrote this, not ChatGPT! ChatGPT or AI is the ability to have someone, basically a robot, think for you, write for you, create for you and so much more. It’s the ability to get your thoughts out or make you think and have a “BOT” help you with your business, content, lead generation or whatever you can think of or can’t think of to help with just about anything.
Have you ever had an idea, but you couldn’t put it into words? Or better yet, are you a great talker, like me, but you just aren’t a great writer. Yes, I talk a lot and can probably overwhelm most.
This was me in high school. I had to re-write every paper until it made sense. I literally had to color code my assignments to organize my thoughts so others could understand. My brain can get all of the information out, but I had to reorganize it in a way that you or the teacher could understand.
The way I talk is the way I write. Yep, often all over the place. It took me years to perfect an organized structure of writing, so I can teach effectively. I research, write, re-organize my thoughts, then make my content consumable for real estate agents. I quickly realized that if I wrote down my thoughts, created a video, I would have content that others could consume. I didn’t need to write. Overtime, I would write my content, sometimes bullet point my talking points, then create videos. This is my best way of communicating. Have you figured out your best way to communicate?
Can anyone relate? Do you often wish you had help with creating content, writing letters to clients, emails for clients or a marketing strategy with a good call to action. ChatGPT could be the answer.
