7 Ways to Turn ChatGPT5 Into Real Estate Results

Every Friday morning on Coffee with Carrie, I show up live to help you cut through the noise, grab your coffee, and get back to business. This week, I dug into one of my favorite topics — using artificial intelligence, specifically ChatGPT5, to move from prompt to profit.

I’ve been leveraging AI since November 2022, and it has saved me hours each week. From better emails, to sharper checklists, to lead generation ideas — AI is no longer optional. It’s a tool to help you stay consistent, follow up, and focus on what matters most: serving clients and closing deals.

Here are 7 practical ways to start prompting for profit:

  1. Morning Priorities in Your Inbox
    Automate ChatGPT to email your top 3 priorities every morning — income-producing activities first.
  2. Midday Lead Generation Check-In
    A simple reminder (email, Siri, Alexa, timer) asking, “Have you wrapped up your lead generation?”
  3. 60-Second Video Script Generator
    Stop overthinking. Prompt ChatGPT: “Give me a 60-second real estate video idea about the current market trend or a seller tip.”
  4. Local Market Expert Content
    Use MLS, InfoSparks, or RPR data, then ask ChatGPT to turn it into a fun, simple script to share on social media.
  5. Daily Follow-Up Script
    Prompt ChatGPT to write a quick script for checking in with a client, whether it’s price reductions, updates, or just a touch base.
  6. Weekly Newsletter Snippet
    Feed bullet points to ChatGPT and let it polish them into a newsletter you can email or even print and hand deliver.
  7. Choose Your Own Adventure
    Ask ChatGPT for fresh action ideas every week — a LinkedIn post, a market letter, or a reel. Pick one and execute.

At the end of the day, the magic is in the action. You can prompt all day long, but until you implement, it’s just talk. Pair AI with your consistency, and you’ll see results.

And here’s the fun part — your business content doesn’t always have to be about real estate. Use your passions (shopping at TJ Maxx, organizing, cars, or travel) and tie them back into your real estate story. That’s what makes you relatable and memorable.

👉 My challenge for you this week: write down what you struggle with — focus, consistency, or follow-up — and create a simple prompt in ChatGPT. Then take action on one idea.

Because remember: social media works if you work. AI works if you work. And yes — real estate works if you work.
